Juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 cucumbers, 4 or 5 celery, then blend with an avocado & Himalayan crystal salt to taste. Optional: a tsp of cold pressed sesame oil. In this photo, I garnished it with hemp seeds & pea sprouts.
Kim has been a vegan since 1991 and Sean since 2001. When Kim was 18, she gave up eating red meat, always knowing in her heart she wanted to be a vegetarian. In 1991 she took the leap became vegan.When Sean and Kim met, she knew how horrible Sean's diet was making him feel. She introduced him to veganism and told him about the great vegan, and vegetarian foods that were available. When we started seeing each other, Sean made a conscious decision to start eating better. Over one year he made the transition from a SAD diet, to an organic vegan diet. Sean & Kim went 100% raw in 2003 for 3 1/2 years. Now we're high raw all organic whole food vegans. We own a health food store in Las Vegas, NV. & share our years of studying nutrition, herbs, & natural health with our customers.
