I'm currently enrolled in Rouxbe Cooking School's Professional Plant-Based Nutrition Certification course. The workload along with everything else I do during the week will keep me from posting what I am doing during the course, but I'm taking lots of pictures and will be happy to share after I graduate.
In 2012, I received my certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Foundation and Cornell University. I would highly recommend this course if you are planning to teach about plant-based nutrition.
